This has significantly reduced the pain, surgical scars, knee stiffness and morbidity associated with the surgery and improved the surgical outcome, resulting in a very fast return to play and recovery. The fiber tape internal brace provides a minimally invasive surgical alternative because the conventional reconstruction of the posterior lateral corner is often associated with very poor surgical results.
