When I went rafting in Rishikesh, there came a point when everyone was jumping off the boat just for fun. When I did so I enjoyed both my knees due to my heavy weight. There was great pain in both my knees and I was having difficulty walking as well. I went to many hospitals, consulted many doctors but all of them refused to perform any surgery as it was only a partial ACL tear. Some suggested that it would be better with physiotherapy but it all went in vain. It is then when doctor Manu Bora came to my rescue. Within 2 days after my surgery, the pain was drastically less and I was able to stand and walk straight without straining my knees.
