It has been 35 days since my surgery and I can save the surety that it works. Just one day after my surgery I could stand straight and walk with the help of braces. Within 20 days I was able to do all the exercises recommended to me by the doctor like leg extensions, lunges, squats, sumo squats, and so on.

By the 25th day, I could hit the gym and do the light-weighted exercises like weighted squats and lunges without any problem. I was also able to do light jogging, dribbling a ball all with jogging and forward and backward lunges. And now as I speak on the 35th day of my surgery I feel that my life is back to normal and everything has come together for good.
